Cross track gradient correction recomputed from GSFC00.1 cross track slopes.

Version 2.0 Updates from Version 1.1:

A secular trend for the Earth's mean pole position has been removed before computing the pole tide.

Data over inland seas have been restored. (The exception is the Red Sea, for which reliable tide corrections are lacking.)

Wet tropospheric correction based on NMC reanalysis model (PWAT). (AMS Bull.77#3,3/96.) ( see algorithms documentation )
