Ocean PATHFINDER Products: Data Access and Source Code

The data is currently available via anonymous ftp on iliad.gsfc.nasa.gov.

• ftp iliad.gsfc.nasa.gov
• logon anonymously
• cd opf (not the "pub" directory)
  
• cd "sat"/current
  where "sat" can be topex, geosat, ers1/phasec, ers1/phaseg, ers2, or ers.
• get "files"
• cd opf/pathdbase/source/current for software.

For specific details on the relevant files for each satellite , refer to the descriptions documentation .

An example of accessing a SSH time series at the Johnston Island tide gauge is provided in software available in the anonymous ftp directory opf/pathdbase/source that enables access to the ssh parameter file and the external files.
